Possession for Sale—Diversion Granted, Case Dismissed

Jesus M. was charged with possession of a controlled substance for sale. Mr. Wright was able to get the prosecutor to agree to Mental Health Diversion. During the diversionary period, Mr. Macias had a hiccup, and the judge revoked his diversion and stated he would not give him another chance. With Mr. Wright’s guidance, Mr. Macias was able to get back on track and show the judge he deserved another chance. His diversion was reinstated, he successfully completed it, and his case was dismissed.
